How long does the tax prep process take?

After all documents have been received from the client, our normal turn around time for tax services is 3 weeks. If there is opportunity to complete the return faster, we will!

What happens if I owe taxes and can’t make a payment?

In the event our clients cannot afford a tax payment, we provide our clients with all options available. This includes setting up payment plans with the IRS and states.

Are your accountants licensed?

Yes. All of our tax preparers are licensed and have extensive tax experience.

What are your payment options?

We require payment at the time of filing. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, cash and checks.
